An Accra High Court has dismissed an application for stay of execution of the judgment of the court dated 5th April 2019 ordering Ibrahim Dey Abubakari to pay the sum of one million, five hundred thousand Ghana Cedis (Gh1,500,000.00) to Alhaji Baba Kamara for defamation.
