Former Chief Executive Officer of the defunct Ghana@50 Secretariat and aspiring National Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Charles Yves Wereko-Brobbey, contends that if allegations of impropriety were the basis for which delegates would vote against a particular candidate, then all those aspiring for the chairmanship position had a question to answer.
