A MIDDLE-aged Nigerian, Chief James Dede, who allegedly connived with three others to defraud a Jordanian, has been arrested by officers from the Vetting and Crime Analysis (VCA) Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Headquarters, Accra.
