The Central Regional Communications Director of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Allotey Jacobs has ironically stated that many Ghanaians do not know President Mills as such there was a need for the first gentleman of the land to tour every nook and cranny of the country for the citizenry to really get to know him.
