The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service has handed over a 76-year-old ex-military officer, Major Agbeko Sedziafa John Kwame, to the Bureau of the National Investigations (BNI) for further interrogation over the cache of weapons recently found buried in the ground at Akweteyman, a suburb of Accra.
