Charles Owusu has fired salvoes at the former Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation and a former Chairman of the defunct Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng over his recent report indicting some persons within government of their involvement in illegal mining (galamsey).
