The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament(MP) for North Tongu Constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has petitioned the World Bank over a project being rolled out by the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation headed by Ursula Owusu-Ekuful.
