The Service Excellence Foundation, under the auspices of the Ghana Tourism Foundation, an affiliate member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), has honoured Ghana’s High Commissioner to Malta, H.E. Barbara Akoukor Benisa, with a Lifetime Achievement Award in Service to Tourism and Customer Service Excellence Leadership at the maiden Industry and Customer Service Excellence Awards.
