On May 9, 2024, Bernard Afful, Deputy Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Mpohor, and Roger Miller, proprietor of Voice of Christ Preparatory School, were arrested for their involvement in facilitating the registration of minors during the ongoing voter registration exercise.
