The Chairman of the UK/Ireland branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Horace Nii Ankrah has opined that the former first lady and an aspirant of the ruling party�s flagbearership race, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings has no experience on governance issues hence would not be a good competitor to face the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in election 2012.
