The National Youth Organiser of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ludwig Akpene Hlodze, has admonished the youth of the party, particularly delegates, observers and sympathizers attending this weekend�s congress in Sunyani, to observe all arrangements including security, to make the congress a very successful one.
