A Teacher at the Osu Presbyterian Primary School, Osu in Accra has found himself in the grips of the law for beating up ACP Awuni Angwubutoge, the national Commander of the Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU), at Adabraka, near The Trust Bank.
