One of the Presidential Aides at the Castle, Stan Dogbe, has taken a swipe at the Paramount Chief of the Hohoe Traditional area, Togbuiga Gabusu VI, for suggesting that residents of the Volta region are angry with the NDC government for failing to fulfil most of the promises made to them.
