In what can perhaps be described as a direct jab at members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) who have questioned the delay in the take-off of the STX Housing Project and have even raised red flags over deal, Deputy Minister of Information, Hon. Baba Jamal, has goaded the NPP that loans for the intended project is safe in the vault of a bank unlike the infamous CNCTI loan which ended up in a certain UK salon.
