Ghana�s former ambassador to Serbia, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe has accused President Mills of displaying �gross arrogance� by saying he would hand over power in 2017, instead of his constitutionally mandated first four year term which ends on January 7, 2013.
