The decision to introduce a system of biometric registration as a prelude to implementing biometric voting in future elections in Ghana, is laudable and welcomed by all the political parties. However, intentions apart, the type of equipment chosen, its overall capabilities, and the manner of introducing the system is as important as the idea itself.
