The administration of Prof. John Evans Atta Mills pressed the self-destructive button on Thursday, when Minister of Health, Joseph Yieleh Chireh, wrote to Prof. Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, dismissing him as Director of the National Cardiothoracic Centre.
