A POPULAR National Democratic Congress (NDC) activist and leading member of the Gbevlo-Lartey sponsored Alliance for Responsible Opposition (AFRO), Lord Hammah, has been arrested and arraigned before the Tema Circuit Court �B�, presided over by Mrs. Anandah Aikins, for defrauding by false pretenses.
