President Mills� christening of this year as �Action Year�, a year when Ghanaians will witness the execution and implementation of most of the promises he made in the run up to the 2008 general elections, has been described by Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey as being a farce as �absolutely nothing has happened and will happen to transform the lives of Ghanaians in this year or the next.�
