Every now and then we hear people especially the elderly make comments such as �You are the future leaders.� Let us pause for a minute and ask ourselves some questions; Are we indeed the future leaders? How are the elderly preparing us to become the future leaders they claim we are? How are we preparing ourselves to become the future leaders?
