Central Regional Minister, Ama Benyiwa Doe, has slammed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) saying the NPP has no sense of shame for accusing the NDC of reneging on its promise when they (NPP) failed to fulfill a scintilla of the promises they made during their eight year rule.
