THE 2008 presidential candidate of the Convention People�s Party (CPP), who doubles as a former parliamentarian for the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem (KEEA) constituency in the Central region, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, has appealed to residents in the area not to vote for the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for the area, Dr. Joseph Samuel Annan in the 2012 general elections.
