A public youth dialogue on the upcoming National Budget for 2012 has ended in Accra with a call on government to �mainstream the youth and issues relating to their welfare into all policies, programmes and government budget by ensuring the full implementation of the National Youth Policy and the passage of the Youth Fund enshrined in the policy.�
