A member of the ruling National Democratic Congress� (NDC) Communications Team, Peter Boamah Otukonor has urged members of the Convention People�s Party (CPP) to rejoice over the sudden exit of its 2008 presidential candidate, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.
