The past year was indeed an Action Year - only it was the wrong actions by the ruling NDC government. The preponderance of catastrophic failures, blunders, and thievery chalked by the inept Mills-Mahama NDC administration in a year they ironically dubbed "Action Year" has made the job of NPP-USA Public Relations Committee's selection team very challenging.
