Controversial Central Regional Communication Director of the National Democratic Congress, Bernard Allottey Jacobs has praised the NDC government�s Better Ghana agenda arguing that, even their General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia has gained some weight as a result of him enjoying a better life.
