Mr Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, Nkoranza South District Chief Executive, has commended the International Organisation on Migration (IOM) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for supporting the government in effort at reintegrating Ghanaian returnees from Libya.
