An aide to the opposition NPP flagbearer, Samuel Abu Jinapor, has challenged the NDC government to retrieve the GhC51 million paid as judgment debt to businessman, Mr. Alfred Woyome and channel it into the Savannah Accelerated Development Authority (SADA).
