A 20-year-old unemployed, Kwesi Opoku, who allegedly attempted to commit suicide in a washroom at the Koforidua Regional Police Criminal Investigations Department (CID), ended up screaming for help, when the belt the used to tie the noose around his neck began to tighten up.
