The Afro-Asian Development Organisation (AARDO) has honoured Professor Kwamena Ahwoi, Principal Lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) for his immense contribution to Ghana�s decentraliation programme, local government administration and rural development.
