Pastor Exposes Juju In Politics

EVANGELIST ANTHONY Akoto, Senior Pastor of Better Life Chapel at Prestea in the Western region has said some politicians in the country travel across the globe to seek satanic powers for victory, favour and protection. Politicians who do not want to toil to clinch victory go for juju or magical powers to realize their dreams. A lot of pastors have gone for satanic powers to perform miracles as well while some businessmen also have to import demons and other powers to get more customers, he said. He was speaking to DAILY GUIDE prior to the launch of his book titled Secrets of Winning in Prayer. According to him, since Satan does not give anything for free, there comes a time when such politicians would have to pay back with their blood or that of their subjects adding that because of this, many politicians would die but those who surrender totally to God will be saved. Pastor Akoto who claimed he understands the language of demons says a research team was formed in the spiritual realm recently and its assignment was to investigate why Ghanaians had not tasted civil war. He said the research team concluded that Ghanaians will never engage in a civil war because they were very prayerful, God fearing, hate to see blood, friendly and loving. Pastor Akoto said the current economic and social crisis Ghanaians are going through cannot be solved by any president. He added: we can change thousands of presidents but only God can bring real change. The book sought to explain to Christians how they could receive instant answers to their prayers. He alleged that the Lord revealed to him a yellow helicopter in a vision, entering the country through the Upper West region. He said what he saw in the vision was a sign of war, famine, mysterious deaths, the disappearance of people as well as strange sicknesses. Since that time the Lord commanded me to pray and intercede for the nation with fasting, for the enemy has turned his arrows on this nation, he added. He has therefore called on all Christians irrespective of their religious affiliation to unite and pray for the church and the nation.
