The storm of controversy generated by the sudden appearance of Dr. Onsy Anwar Nathan Kwame Nkrumah who claims to be the first son of Ghana�s first President; Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, is far from over as his outspoken �brother�, Dr Sekou Nkrumah still insists he (Onsy) is not who or what he claims to be. Sekou Nkrumah has vowed never to have anything doing with him and refuses to recoqnize him as a brother. Interestingly, the family of the late President of the First Republic has accepted Dr Onsy�s claim as the biological son of the former Head of State, and have even decided to give him a native Nzema name at a ceremony in Nkroful very soon. Head of Nvavile Family, Adwobia Kpanyinli, disclosed this to the media in response to the directive by Sekou Nkrumah to Nathan Nkrumah to go for a DNA test to prove his claims. Explaining the reasons for accepting Dr Nathan Nkrumah as the biological son of Dr Kwame Nkrumah, he said only Madam Isis Nashid could best tell the real father of her son. Whiles showering praises on the newly discovered son of Dr Nkrumah for renovating the family house, Adwobia Kpanyinli further stated that the smock, stick and handkerchief handed to Dr Nathan Nkrumah at a ceremony in Accra, signifies his acceptance into the family and appreciation for what he had done within the short period of time he introduced himself as the son of Ghana�s first president. But to Sekou, Egypt-based Onsy Anwar Nathan is nothing more than a �con artist�, stressing that his late father, Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah, is the only person who can best identify Onsy as his son and not the family at Nkroful. Dr. Sekou Nkrumah, who said in an interview on Okay FM�s Ade Akye Abia Morning Show, added that it is ridiculous for Dr. Onsy to claim to be Nkrumah�s son when he does not even look like him. �Are you trying to insult me by saying that I have reunited with my brother? He is not my brother, he is a con artist and nobody should refer to him as my brother. Nkrumah only united only four children, Francis the eldest and the three of us from his Egyptian wife, Fatia so all of this is unfortunate. Onsy is an Egyptian, he doesn�t even appear to look like a half-cast, he is a con artist who has come here thinking that we will just accept anything,� he said.
