This Is The Time We Need Ex-President Rawlings Energy - Ambolley

Ace highlife musician Gyedu Blay Ambolley, has lashed out at politicians who he says are only interested in enriching themselves with the tax payers money and doing very little to enrich the life of the ordinary Ghanaian. He decried the act of politicians who are only interested in attaining political heights with promises but forget to fulfill them when given the nod. If you are a politician and you promise the people; I will do this for you, I will do that for you, but when you get there, its a different ball game. This has been going on for years; why is it so? They lie to the people, they dont tell the people the truth, Ambuley lamented. He was speaking on the big bite on Xfm 95.1. According to him, instead of only amassing wealth, the politician need to provide for the people, stressing that kind of feeble minded blame game they are doing on TV will not help; whether you are an NDC or NPP member, we have to put our minds together so we make Ghana a great place. Gyedu Blay Ambuley also decried the inaction on the part of the President to bring to book people who indulge in corrupt practices; saying, In Ghana, we talk of freedom and justice; the freedom we enjoy, but the justice is not there because everybody is doing whatever he likes. People who steal must be brought to justice; people who lie must be brought to justice, that thing is not being done. Its like Ghana we dont have leaders, its serious and very dangerous. Our leaders have failed us and they keep on failing, he lamented. If the President gets up and says yes this is what I am going to do and this is what I want to do, if you flout it you will be brought to justice, things will start changing The energy of former President Jerry John Rawlings must be brought in to make people sit up and wake up. We need to start setting examples, people learn by examples, if somebody does something, whether in your party or not you bring that person to justice so the public will say, yes whatever that he (Prez Mills) said, he is up to it.
