Under the facility, specialist technicians of Japan Motors attend to the needs of their Nissan customers who do not have the time to drive their vehicles to the Company�s service centre for service.
The JMTC Mobile Service Van has gained popularity in a very short period of time. It is equipped with all kinds of repair tools and spare-parts. Trained and experienced technicians are in the Van to meet every requirement of motor repair and service right in front of customers, which saves both time and money.
The Mobile Service Van is equipped with Nissan�s latest equipment to diagnose faults on the latest engines and electrical/electronic systems.
Nissan vehicle users only have to alert the Company of their problems and, regardless of where they find themselves at any material moment, Japan Motors technicians will move to the spot to promptly offer the needed support and service.
The General Manager-Aftersales, Mr. Mohammed R. Byrouthy, asserted that �There is no need to bring your vehicle to us. We'll bring the workshop to you and perform the same quality maintenance service and other minor repairs at your premises. Our Pit Crew has all the oils, parts and tools necessary to change or top-up all lubricants and fluids, change filters and rotate the tires, among other things, in your parking lot or driveway,� he said.
The Mobile Service Van, according to Mr. Byrouthy, is meant to provide convenience, enhance customer satisfaction and offer �a window through which our loyal customers can experience the Nissan care.�
