CEDINOMICS To Run 2nd Edition Of Executive Leadership Prog. In June

CEDINOMICS is to run the Essentials of Leadership Programme in June following the success of the maiden edition held in May. The Essentials of Leadership Programme is a journey of self-discovery and change which will grow your leadership capacity and enable you to inspire change within your organisation. The maiden workshop was attended by managers and heads of departments from Stanbic, Fidelity Bank, Berock Ventures, Oxford and Beaumont Solicitors, HFC Bank, SIC Financial Services Limited, Unibank, CAL Bank among others. The Essentials of Leadership workshop is due to be run again from 20th to 21st June as a result of the huge success experienced. The workshop was facilitated by Robert Bennin, Chartered Financial Analyst with CEDINOMICS in Ghana, and supported by Segun Olagunju, a leadership consultant from the African Leadership Academy in South Africa. According to CEDINOMICS, the upcoming session will focus on addressing topics such as current trends in corporate leadership, emotional intelligence, and leadership behaviour on the first day. He further stated that the second day of the programme will focus on setting strategic direction, communicating organisational aspirations, and how to effectively lead one�s team. Participants will also be assisted to craft their personal leadership development plans which the training faculty hopes will assist them to grow their leadership capacity.
