The Muslim community in the volatile town of Hohoe in the Volta region has indicated to its National Chief Imam that they are unable find Togbe Gabusus missing regalia. According to reports, the Muslim community has sent a message to Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu in Accra to inform him of their failure to locate the regalia that were stolen from the Gbi Palace during deadly clashes between the Zongo community and indigenes of the town. The Zongo community after a visit by the National Chief Imam promised to locate the missing regalia and return them to the Gbi Traditional Council to ensure that peace prevails in the community. But information gathered by XYZ News indicates that the Muslim community has given up in locating the regalia. They are now waiting for a response from the National Chief Imam to find an alternative to the situation in order to ensure that the situation in the region do not escalate.
