The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has chided the National Democratic Congress for failing to deliver on most of its campaign promises.
According to him, Ghanaians have been subjected to high cost of living and numerous hardships. He added that the �Better Ghana Agenda� promised by President Mills has woefully failed.
Nana Addo said his campaign will stay away from making vain promises which most of the time become a mirage when a party comes into government.
Speaking at the party�s Dome-Kwabenya constituency rally at Taifa in Accra, Nana Akufo said he believes in the fortunes of Ghana and his leadership will be committed to ensuring that every citizen benefits from his government.
�Woyome will never happen while Akufo-Addo is President of the republic of Ghana, it will never happen�, he said adding �we are going to bring a sense of security to our nation by making the rule of law work�.
According to Nana Addo, Ghana has �a very bright and great future, what we are looking for is the leadership that can mobilize our resources to develop our country�.
