The torrential rains that hit parts of the country rendered some prime areas in the capital un-motorable.
One of the hardest hit areas was the road in-front of the Accra International Trade Fair Centre at Labadi, which was inundated with the rain water, trapping some commercial and private vehicles in the process, albeit temporarily
The water rose to the level of the bumper of many cars making it impossible for some of them to move.
According to XYZ News' Kofi Boadi, some of the drivers struggled to get the cars out of the stagnant water.
