Ex-Clerk Lauds Passage Of Transition Act, Warns Of Loopholes

A Former Clerk of Parliament, Nana Rex Owusu-Ansah, says one of the achievements of the current Parliament is the passage of the Presidential Transition Act. However, the Act as it stands now has a few loopholes. One of them is the summoning of Members of Parliament to meet to select a Speaker, while the out-going Parliament has not been dissolved.
