Dele Momodu Roots For Yvonne Okoro

Chief Dele Momodu, the publisher of Ovation International Magazine, has offered his unflinching support to popular Ghanaian actress Yvonne Okoro to win the Pan African Best Actress at the upcoming 2012 Nigeria Entertainment Award (NEA). The NEA, which is in its seventh year, honours African entertainers. It is scheduled to take place via a grand red carpet ceremony in New York, United States of America, from August 31 to September 2. The beautiful award-winning actress was nominated for Pan African Actress category of the NEA for her role in �Single Six� from the stables of Venus Film. She is competing with actresses Ama Abebrese- �Ties That Bind�, Juliet Ibrahim- �Crazy Scandal�, Kudzai Sevenzo- �Playing Warriors�, Jokate Mwegelo- �Chumo� and Millicent Mahheido- �48�. The awards are entirely based on fan votes via online and SMS, hence whoever gets more votes will win. NEWS-ONE sources confirmed that Chief Dele Momodu had been busy clamouring for votes for Yvonne Okoro. He urged all his friends to vote for the actress who on Monday evening returned to Ghana from a business trip to the UK. Chief Momodou had reportedly extended his support to BlackBerry, asking everybody to support by voting �NEA 20 Yvonne Okoro� to 32051 all networks in Nigeria for her to win. Reports said online voting would begin on August 1, while only fans in Nigeria could vote via SMS now.
