The Black Stars of Ghana came from a goal down to hold China to a 1-1 draw on Wednesday in an international friendly in Xi'an. Lin Gao stepped up to beat goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey from the spot to put the Chinese in front in the 57th minute. Second-half substitute Richmond Boakye-Yiadom saved the Black Stars from defeat when he headed in from a corner kick in the 79th minute by Kwadwo Asamoah. Striker Asamoah Gyan was the only unused substitute.
