The Deputy Minister for Women and Childrens Affairs, Hajia Hawawu Gariba Boya, has said she will soon provide evidence of a petition submitted to the Chief of Staff concerning the alleged assault against her by the spokesperson of President John Mahama.
Hajia Boya has insisted that John Jinapor had assaulted her, a matter which according to her is being investigated by the Chief of Staff.
Speaking to Citi News, Hajia Boya said she had documents to prove her claims. I have all the letters I wrote to the Vice President. Ill bring them when I come back to Accra, she stated.
The Deputy Women and Childrens Affairs Minister on Sunday was allegedly attacked by a female sympathiser of the NDC in Tamale - an incident she accused the Communication Minister, Haruna Iddrisu, of masterminding.
She further accused the Presidential Spokesperson Jinapor of attacking and assaulting her in a similar manner previously.
Mr Jinapor has, however, denied this allegation.
