The National Security Coordinator Larry Gbevlo Lartey says there is nothing wrong with the comments made by the National Organizer of the NDC, Yaw Boateng Gyan. According to him, after thoroughly listening to the tape, he realized that it had been doctored by some media houses for their own agenda adding that "there is nothing of value to investigate" in the comments. In a tape leaked last week to the media, Mr. Boateng Gyan is heard promising party loyalists that they will be enlisted into the National Security and when the need arises they would be called upon. Lt. Col. Gbevlo Lartey promised that Mr. Boateng Gyan would be investigated for the comments made. But in an interview with Joy FM on Monday the National Security boss stated that after interrogating Mr. Boateng Gyan on Monday it was clear that there was nothing wrong with the comments. �I listened to the tape more than five times, I really listened to it clearly, I had my people transcribe the tape into writing and I can follow through every single thing that had been used on that tape and I am convinced that a lot of things that was published on the net are not on that tape� �if you listen to that tape critically, there is nothing of value worth any investigating�If there is something to investigate we will investigate� Lt. Col. Gbevlo Lartey said.
