A Political Analyst, Dr. Kpessah Whyte, has lauded the move by the NDC and President John Dramani Mahama to participate in the IEA Evening Encounter. Earlier, the National Democratic Congress, NDC, had decided not to participate in debate but rescinded its decision yesterday. Dr Kpessah Whyte said this move will surely go into the annals of history as the first President to take part in the debate. He believes President Mahama will use the opportunity to outline his visions.
