The much anticipated �mammoth rally� for the ruling NDC in the Upper East Region has been held in the Kassena-Nankana West District.
The event which is the first political rally to be organised in the region was used to introduce the Parliamentary Candidate for Chiana-Paga, Abuga Pele, who also doubles as the National Coordinator for the National Youth Employment Programme, NYEP.
Addressing party supporters and stalwarts in Paga, Mr Pele vowed to wrest power from the sitting MP to represent his constituents in Parliament next year.
He said he is ready to beat his opponent �hands down�.
