The New Patriotic Party, NPP, will open nomination from today to Saturday for aspiring parliamentary candidates for the 45 new constituencies.
Vetting of nominees will take place on Tuesday the 9th of this month, after which the party's primaries will be held in 10 days to elect candidates.
The General Secretary of the party, Kwadjo Owusu Afriyie, said the NPP will contest the forty-five newly created constituencies.
Mr. Owusu Afriyie dispelled rumours that the NPP is against the creation of the additional constituencies.
