Deputy Campaign Coordinator for John Mahama 2012, Dr Omane Boamah says looking at the elaborate policies spelt out in the NDC Manifesto, the country will achieve 100% accessibility to quality education by 2016. Speaking to Radio Ghana, Dr Omane Boamah urged the electorate to judge both the NDC and the NPP on the achievements chalked up over the years. They must also weigh the two policies on education by both parties and decide on which one is feasible.
