A lot of fanfare was made about the newly registered National Democratic Party (NDP). Unfortunately, the NDP was never meant to be. It is stillborn. The short-sightedness of the proponents or the founders of the party has brought about the premature failure of the party, preventing it from ever seeing daylight. Like a newly born child, it died before it could ever draw in its first breath. One wonders why everyone in the party expected Mrs. Nana Agyemang Konadu Rawlings to be the leader cum flag bearer of the party. Her unwillingness to accept the leadership of the party for fear of likely reprisal by the parent NDC party has led to the stillbirth of NPD. One can just imagine the subsequent frustration and shame brought to bear upon the FONKAR boys and girls, the foundation members of the NDP. I had always said Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings can never be the leader of Ghana. She is certainly not a presidential material. She only did not know what to do with her probably ill-gotten wealth hence deciding to test the waters. She has realised the tide is too strong and scary for an amateur swimmer like her hence, scuttling into her bolthole without looking over the shoulder for a second. She certainly engineered the formation of the party but before it could become a force to reckon with, she just hurried into oblivion. What a shame. The only person I pity that much is one Ernest Owusu Bempa alias "Aboa Apapo", the Director of Operations for the FONKAR. All his sweet talks, sweat, and unfettered loyalty to the Rawlingses have come to naught. She plucked him and other NDP sympathisers from the bank of a swollen river and dropped them right in the middle of the water, thus, the river to drown. Fare thee well, NDP. Next time around do not trust Nana Agyemang Konadu Rawlings. She is not consistent with her promise. Is it not her same inconsistency that gave rise to the allegation she has taken US$5 Million dollars bribe from the NDC to abandon or fold up the NDP? Has she not killed the NDP party by her feet dragging? I advise her to cease being a buzzing fly that does not bite but only disturbs people�s ears with its nuisance noise. I invite the members of the NDP over to NPP but not to run back to the corrupt parent party (NDC). The parent party is full to the brim with evil dwarfs, babies with sharp biting Dracula vampire teeth and overflowing with greedy bastards � courtesy to Former President J.J. Rawlings.
