John Paintsil Praises Players Attitude Ahead of Malawi Clash

Ghana John Paintsil has praised the attitude of his colleagues ahead of this weekends decisive 2013 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Malawi. The Black Stars have been putting the paces together at their camping base in Nairobi ahead of Saturdays showdown with The Flames in Lilongwe. Head coach Kwesi Appiah has been supervising the teams training schedule and the experienced right back, who is making a return to the team after an eight months absence is delighted with the positive mentality of his teammates. Everyone is ready to kill himself for the whole nation. The new coach has also brought in new ideas which is helping the boys, Pantsil said The training, technique and facilities have been fantastic. The new technique that coach Kwesi Appiah has brought is going to help the players. I am very happy to see that everything has changed. When you come to the training grounds, you will not see or recognize who is a professional and who is a local player and this is what I wanted to see. The unity is there, discipline is there and I am very happy to see that. The Black Stars must protect their hold of their 2-0 advantage from the first recorded at the Accra sports stadium last month. The Hapoel Tel Aviv defender has meanwhile surrendered the Black Stars captaincy to striker Asamoah Gyan.
