The flagbearer of the New Vision Party, Prophet Daniel Nkansah says it is not true that he boycotted trial in the case involving him and a trader Aisha Nurudeen.
He said it was only once that he failed to personally appear before the Circuit Court 2, but his son and lawyer were in court with a medical report indicating that he was not well.
Reacting to the bench warrant for his arrest, Prophet Nkansah admitted having a case with Aisha Nurudeen over a loan he guaranteed with his asset with the Stanbic Bank.
He said he is ever ready to obey the court proceedings.
